These are the days of our lives.

B:
-1 cup of Raspberry Green Tea.

Snacks (all day):
- 2 Trail Mix Bag 480cal.

L:
- Arby's Patty Melt.
- 1 can of Coke
- 2 glasses of water.

D:
-Enfrilloladas. (4)
Tortillas in a bean paste. with shredded ham and cheese(monty jack), lettuce. and dollop of sour cream.
-2 glasses of water
- one orange.

Today was a bad day i feel. I didnt get a proper breakfast in today. Had a doctors appointment so my lunch was skipped/rushed. On my way back i picked up something that was on the way and hoped wasnt as bad as a number 1 at Mc.D's.

Got home and eat dinner. Planned to go to dance class but was cancelled on for carpool so i was less motivated. My sister offered to do Px90 with her.. i didn't feel like driving to weho and scout for parking and walk half a mile to the gym. So i did the Px90. it wasnt the best work out i have got all week but i think it did the trick to keep my body moving.. tomorrow is the gym no matter what!! i have to get use to going again even if by myself...

After work out snack: orange or small bowl of raisin brand.. :)

dietary intake for 1/11/10...

B:
-1 cup of chai tea.
-Bag or Raspberry cookies (knotts kind) 240 cals.

Snack: Bag of trail mix pretzels and such. 240.

L:
-Shrimp Fajita Burrito (Organic)
Has shrimp, on wheat tortilla, guacamole, bell peppers, cilantro, black beans, chiplotle salsa.
-Handful of tortilla chips.
-Aqua Fresca= handmade strawberry lemonade. (Small)

2nd snack: 2 specialty crackers. 48 cals. and a second bag of cookies. 240.

D:
-A large serving of Salmon filet. baked.
-Beans in smashed form.
-Guacamole salsa.
-steamed green beans.


Before bed snack: Contemplating a bowl of Raisin Brand.. havent decided..

Due to a cancellation no work out was had today.. but i think my body needed the day after the back to back to back work out of this weekend. and before starting dance tomorrow. i dont think my choices of food weren't horrible today but i think i did go over my calorie intake by a bit.. can i get a whoop woot...

It apparently has been a year since i have used this thing

But.. i feel it was a great tool in order to actually document things.. and keep accountable.. so i return to the blog..

So as of September 2009 i had got as close to my goal of 180 as i have ever been in my life... I was at 200. I was proud of my body finally and was not fitting into my normal clothes anymore... but that was sept. 2009. In october of 2009 i started working again. a stable 8-5pm in a office that supplies snaks, sodas, and once a month a heap of unhealthy heaven, company lunch.. as well as bagel wednesdays...

Since my start date i have also gained 35 of said lost weight back.. My lunch choices were out of control due to one time and two location. then in the month of december the overtime decided to be overwhelming.. So little to no gym time for that whole month.

As you may or may not know i dont believe in new years resolutions.. so its not like iam jumping on some bandwagon.. its just that i have to start making the right choices again for me..

so instead of 3 days of working out.. i will now be doing 6.. to compensate for the larger/more frequent eating..

Mondays- Wii Monday.. An hour of Biggest Loser Weight Loss. I have done one night of this already and it does make you sweat and feel the burn..

Tuesday-Thursday - an hour of Dance Class... and no more skipping wednesday just cause i dont like the gym... i will just have to face the music.. also thinking of doing and additional 30 mins or running on treadmill..

Friday- is date night so its an off day... however.. most of my date nights result in dancing at a club for 3-4 hours.. always a way to burn the calories.. :)

Saturday - I have began and enjoyed running the LA river Basin from Mar Vista to Marina Del Rey. We did 3 miles total on Sat. 9th. We want to eventually get to the beach and back..

Sunday- Hiking. I really miss hiking. i felt like it was a total package and i miss doing it with the gang...So i have begun today to hike again. Since the weather has been so nice and the rain has disappeared for now. We took it slow today just so i can introduce the trail to Lili ( my excersize mate). but we did do an hour of hiking today.

Meals for the day of Jan. 10 2010.

B:
- 1/3 of a burrito. Steak, beans, cheese, and rice.
- 1 cup of Oj.

L:
- 4 cups of water.
- 2 drum sticks, boiled chicken
- large serving of steamed veggies.
- Avocado salsa.

D:
- Bowl of cereal (raisin brand) w/ 1% milk.
- One banana

Been far to long

okay so i think i hit my low point. i havent updated this thing but i have had really bad days and such and exersize has dropped dramatically since the rain has interfered with hiking and running on my non dance class days.. i havent updated my journal but i have been keeping track of most of my meals on paper.. but i dont want to bore you with a catch up of two weeks of food entries.
Still have been going to dance class atleast 2 times a week vs my previous 3 times. i have been going out to eat a few meals with friends but trying to eat healthy.. but tonight was a night of endulgence. sigh.. but i weighed myself on monday and iam still at 225. so i havent gained but i think i maintained. which i think is still good, cause atleast iam maintaining at a lower weight than 235. i really hope this rain passes again.. cause i really want to start hiking again. and running and such..

so there is my small update.. YAY me.. !

So its been a horrible week...

I only got to work out twice last week and i eat a bunch of crap!!! This week isnt looking to great either.. but i need to get back on track i feel i crashed and burned.. damn it... iam not even going to try to catch up on the past weeks food habbits and excersize...

But tomorrow will be me back on this thing.. last wednesday i did go to the gym andweighed back into 227. did some Wii Fit on friday night and i was 37 yr. old. lol..but that was just a friends wanting to see where i layed on the old fart meter.. lol..
i think i might have gained back some additinal weight cause well there was Flip cup and that was a bunch of beer, sushi was controlled in intake. And then there was marges party .. pizza, cookies, sodas, waters, fruit, shrimps. hmm yeah...

today was a day that made me want to stuff my face and not care anymore.. but i was good and only had two bowls of rice with some broilled chicken and salsa verde.. it was breakfast and dinner.. other than that two cups of tea. make that three am about to get one..

Since iam confessing after all thursday consisted of a Spicy Hot Dog at Hot dog stand on Sunset with chilli fries.. but that was after saving up for them!! and a SUPER Lemonade. oh and small bagsof cookies, 2 pieces of pizza while helping the gays in hollywood.. lol.. OH and then like a gazillion tacos, artichoke dip, olives, chicken wings hott and like 4 sodas there too..

luckly most of that food went straight out of my system.. my body didnt recognize all that fat and said get out of me and so it did... lol. so yeah that has been the worst week ever for fitness and health ...

Epic Fail I know.. lol..

But i will get better i swear!!

Saturday..(edited) Just one of them days!!

Today will be a hard day.
Iam in East LA for a family BBQ of sorts.
So far i have woke up at 12pm and have not ate anything yet.
I will have a bowl of cereal right now..

turkey burgers later on...

and after that i have no idea. and i know there will be no exercise today either.. looking foward to tomorrows hike.. :)

Edit:

lunch and dinner eating in the time spand from 4-7pm =
-turkey bacon wrapped hot dog with mayo, ketchup, relish.
-w/ soda like 10 cups total for the day.. bad for me i know.
-turkey burger (lettece, ketchup, mayo)
-2 spicy sausage with griled unions and ketchup and mayo.
-ice cream pop.
-some hand fulls of doritos
-one carrot

House sitting tonight but was invited to in and out for dinner as a thank you.. i managed to say no to ordering food seeing that i ate tons today.. but once there i wasnt able to say not to a strawberry shake. so i had a small one...

Like i said " Its just one of them days, that a girl goes thru.. when iam angry inside and dont want to take it out on you... Dont take it personal.. i just want to be left alone, if your think i treat you wrong .. don't take it personal.." LOL.

FRIDAY NIGHT.. oh what a night!! what a night!!!

B- Non exsistant once again

L-a few M&Ms two cans of soda (one 7up other root bear).

Here's the deal.. i went to work around 9 am to clean a house with my sister niether her nor i took a break to eat all day. we wanted to leave as early as possible so nither wanted to stop and waste time.

Came home and rested and eat.

D- One bowl of Chicken soup. (veggies such as potato, carrots, chile.)
One slice of bread.
Cup of water to go along with that.

Went out with a friend and was invited to an ice cream social.. i did not part take in the ice cream but was very tempted!! URGGG!!

Then it was time to meet up with some friends in glendale where i planned to have a devostating amount of meat!! but alas i did not.. i did have a few drinks. Rum and Coke, half mai tai, a sip of a second rum and coke.

D to second power- I gave in and was starving from most of the day so i made a grilled cheese sandwhich again and made a jasmine tea.

I didnt go to sleep for another 3 hours so i think i was okay on that eating before sleeping rule.

OH i didnt excersize... i know not good.
