So its been a horrible week...

I only got to work out twice last week and i eat a bunch of crap!!! This week isnt looking to great either.. but i need to get back on track i feel i crashed and burned.. damn it... iam not even going to try to catch up on the past weeks food habbits and excersize...

But tomorrow will be me back on this thing.. last wednesday i did go to the gym andweighed back into 227. did some Wii Fit on friday night and i was 37 yr. old. lol..but that was just a friends wanting to see where i layed on the old fart meter.. lol..
i think i might have gained back some additinal weight cause well there was Flip cup and that was a bunch of beer, sushi was controlled in intake. And then there was marges party .. pizza, cookies, sodas, waters, fruit, shrimps. hmm yeah...

today was a day that made me want to stuff my face and not care anymore.. but i was good and only had two bowls of rice with some broilled chicken and salsa verde.. it was breakfast and dinner.. other than that two cups of tea. make that three am about to get one..

Since iam confessing after all thursday consisted of a Spicy Hot Dog at Hot dog stand on Sunset with chilli fries.. but that was after saving up for them!! and a SUPER Lemonade. oh and small bagsof cookies, 2 pieces of pizza while helping the gays in hollywood.. lol.. OH and then like a gazillion tacos, artichoke dip, olives, chicken wings hott and like 4 sodas there too..

luckly most of that food went straight out of my system.. my body didnt recognize all that fat and said get out of me and so it did... lol. so yeah that has been the worst week ever for fitness and health ...

Epic Fail I know.. lol..

But i will get better i swear!!

Saturday..(edited) Just one of them days!!

Today will be a hard day.
Iam in East LA for a family BBQ of sorts.
So far i have woke up at 12pm and have not ate anything yet.
I will have a bowl of cereal right now..

turkey burgers later on...

and after that i have no idea. and i know there will be no exercise today either.. looking foward to tomorrows hike.. :)

Edit:

lunch and dinner eating in the time spand from 4-7pm =
-turkey bacon wrapped hot dog with mayo, ketchup, relish.
-w/ soda like 10 cups total for the day.. bad for me i know.
-turkey burger (lettece, ketchup, mayo)
-2 spicy sausage with griled unions and ketchup and mayo.
-ice cream pop.
-some hand fulls of doritos
-one carrot

House sitting tonight but was invited to in and out for dinner as a thank you.. i managed to say no to ordering food seeing that i ate tons today.. but once there i wasnt able to say not to a strawberry shake. so i had a small one...

Like i said " Its just one of them days, that a girl goes thru.. when iam angry inside and dont want to take it out on you... Dont take it personal.. i just want to be left alone, if your think i treat you wrong .. don't take it personal.." LOL.

FRIDAY NIGHT.. oh what a night!! what a night!!!

B- Non exsistant once again

L-a few M&Ms two cans of soda (one 7up other root bear).

Here's the deal.. i went to work around 9 am to clean a house with my sister niether her nor i took a break to eat all day. we wanted to leave as early as possible so nither wanted to stop and waste time.

Came home and rested and eat.

D- One bowl of Chicken soup. (veggies such as potato, carrots, chile.)
One slice of bread.
Cup of water to go along with that.

Went out with a friend and was invited to an ice cream social.. i did not part take in the ice cream but was very tempted!! URGGG!!

Then it was time to meet up with some friends in glendale where i planned to have a devostating amount of meat!! but alas i did not.. i did have a few drinks. Rum and Coke, half mai tai, a sip of a second rum and coke.

D to second power- I gave in and was starving from most of the day so i made a grilled cheese sandwhich again and made a jasmine tea.

I didnt go to sleep for another 3 hours so i think i was okay on that eating before sleeping rule.

OH i didnt excersize... i know not good.

Thursday ...

B- Non Existant today again.
L- Was Two chicken salad tostadas ( light mayo, union, chicken boiled, lettece, japlenos.)
Jasmine Tea for beverage.

Snack was a carrot around 6pm.

Workout was SO MUCH BETTER THAN YESTERDAY'S workout!
One hour of dance! with light sweater made it like a sauna and made workout a lot more effective.

D/ After workout meal
-Grilled Cheese sandwhich ( light butter on 2 bread slices and two slices of cheese)
-One cucumber with light salt and lemon juice)
-Jasmine Tea.

I think i deffinitely lost more calories today than my intake.

But that was my thursday..

What came of my Wednesday..

Breakfast: Non Exsistant. I went along most of the day not hungry.. litterally i know that it wasnt the best of thing to be doing but it just wasnt a factor in my day cause i just had so much going on..

Finally i got home around 3:30pm and had a left over turkey burger once again. with water
I was very satified with this one.. :)

After that i went over to help a friend at USC to move buildings. Resulting in about an hour of total lifting and cardio going up and down .. a good work out and such..

Then i came home and had a small plate of spagetti and water.

Went to my 8pm hip hop class. I felt really Lagged today during the workout. I wouldnt say it was as good of a workout as yesterday but it was worth it.

Came home and had another small plate of spagetti, one cucumber with lemon and salt, and half a serving size of etamame (spelling on that questionable)

that was my day.. it felt like it was a bad day overall.

MIdnight Munchies.. DAMN THEM

So i gave in.. sister went to Jack in the Box before coming home.. brought shell tacos.. i was able to say no when she offered initially.. but it only took an hour for me to get one from the kitchen.. damn!!! but i didnt eat much today so iam hoping it wont be to harmful, plus i did work out a lot today!! :?

B: One scoop of yellow rice, one egg, one turkey sausage. Jasmin tea and small oj.
L: Half a scone (65 calories). Jasmine tea!
D: Foreman Grilled. Turkey Burger with veggies (130 calories, articoke, olives, parsley, unions, bell peppers, jalapeno, ketchup, mustard, spanich,garlic and 1 monteray jack cheese slice.) Cup of water.

Workout Plan for Tuesday night is One hour Hip Hop Class and maybe 20 min run. well see..

Edit :

Workout one hour Hip Hop class worked all of body it was great.. my knee did not mess with me once YAY!!
didn't run afterwards!! but i felt great after a workout.. !

ToDaY

Yes toda i awoke at 9am. Showered and got ready for a fun day with my friend KIMBA!!

B: is going to be a Jasmin Tea and Egg and cheese sandwhich (One egg, two slices of bread, one slice of cheese).

L: Was a Simply Chicken Sandwich (Chicken grilled, lettece, ketchup) at Ihop. It was one of their Smart Choices.
Well i added the ketchup. Water for drinking.

After lunch we went to downtown la to buy some nice knock offs.. hahaha.. we walked for about an hour or so total
and in uncomfortable shoes..

D: Carrot before workout. I just got back from the work out and i will be eating a Jasmine Tea, slice of bread, and and prob another carrot.. yay for fitness.. actually iam not that hungry but i know i should eat.

Work out stats:

-Ran for 1hr.

-Incline 4 for 3/4 of the hour
-Incline 1.5 for 1/4 of the hour
-Calories Burned 400 calories
-Average speed 4.1
_miles ran 4 miles.

My weigh in at gym today is 226.3lbs

What was of yesterday!

Okay so yesterday started off not being horrible!

B: i had one egg white with one turkey sausage and half a slice of bread.

L:
I was technically in griffith park on time just not at the observatory on time.. LOL. Horrible signing at that park... but thats all iam going to say on that.. Went on a beautiful hike up to what i overheard is one of the highes point in the actual city of Los Angeles. So we hiked up this trail for what was an hour and a half. +/- 15 minutes.
On the hike there was one carrots eat, one bottled water, and about one apple total ( cause i love sharing with my friends, i chopped up two :) ). After that hike though i has some extreme munchies. Deb had packed me a sandwhich (turkey, light mayo) and i scarfed that down along with my gatorade on the drive to the fwy. When i hit down town it was far more muchie attack so i busted out my last carrot.. it hit the spot and i was done for the rest of the day. got home showered and then slept till like 4pm.

I then made a new friend on line and we went to hang out and see a movie. but had to wait an hour so we went to starbucks where i choose one of their tea of the Orange variety.

I then got home and still wasnt hungry so i had one more serving of tea, jasmine variety and that was all i had to eat yesterday.

I think decently good effort at portion control of actual meals!!

Weekends urgg!

Well today is a day of lazyness!!

My day started at 11am. I got up and eat some enfrilloladas (3 of them) with lettce, sour cream and salsa.
I then procceded to take a photo shoot session at home under some extreme lighting..

I then has a large carrot around 1pm. not hungry most of today but i think i tend not to eat when angry. So i eneded up throwing a small fit earlier today cause of well family. but as soon as i left home and went to hang out with friends , my hunger became associated with feeling bad about throwing the fit. I still managed to not eat something when offered. but then emily pulled out the chocolate.. I only had like three handfulls of M& Ms and then stoped. I declined soda, though!!

Well i havent gone to work out today, still considering it but iam not really into looking for parking in weho. so i might just save it for tomorrow and run for another half hour maybe. Dinner pshh at this point iam still not sure if iam hungry for the right reasons.. but i must not forget my TOPS PLEDGE!! lol.

If i do i must focus and eat smart!!

Well yeah!! thats my saturday so far!!

I thought this was too much!! but it is inspiring.. lol.

Workout Update

Thursday- Well Thursday I had little to eat but wasnt very hungry most of the day!
But lets recap. One egg half a piece of toast bread and a small cup of oj.
For lunch i had three tostadas with Ceviche (Fish cooked with lemon, bell peppers, unions, celantroand hot sauce).
For dinner i had Three small (2 inch diameter) sopes. with cream lettece and salsa. side soup of minostone.

I then went out to 24hr fitness in weho, for our three day a week workout. Today was that was hard to get thru class but my knee was not acting up and now i can hit the floor easier. the routine was harsh with the turning and such but without my knee killing me i was able to move easier and making the routine a lot better to get thru.. :)
Snack after work out was serving size of baby carrots and tea ( of the jasmine variety.)

Friday- Today ive been up and down cleaning house... and not mine at that.. lol.. the sweating of dryer only adds to the weight being loss.. lol.. But i was horrible in eating a donut for breakfast... but atleast it wasnt two.. I then had lunch today which was 1/2 of a lean cuasine peperoni pizza and three small cups of coke. ( i know today wasnt a the best day for food choices but i could have dont much worse.. lol..

The plan for later tonight is to go running for an hour and maybe cycle for 15 min.

but dinner is not planned out .. but lets all hope its not some Mc Donalds or jack in the box..
Brother plans on making turky burgers but dont know if he'll come thru.. *sigh*


oh yeah.. today will be interesting..

Hello

I started to work out in December of 2008.
Routine is
-M & F is running on treadmill for an hour
-TWR is an hour of Hip Hop Class at 24hr fitness.

Eating habits well ... we need to work on that a bit..
